Chosen Vessel Ministries is a faith-based not-for-profit addiction treatment facility that serves primarily women. We are licensed by the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services to provide outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment services. We provide family-centered services that are gender-responsive and trauma informed.
