Trinity Community Coalition Outreach

We are commited to feeding,clothing and assisting those in transition from homelessness to permanent housing, empowering individuals to come alcohol and drug free, reduce recidivism through training, job placement and supportive services. We also provide individuals with special needs tools to live independent and productive lives.We also provide “Wholistic Health Services” to our clients and the community.  Domestic abuse is on the rise so we have services such as safe havens/case management and counseling for the many women and men in such situations.  These are just some of the many services that we extend to our community.  We thank you for all of your support and time.  You may view a complete listing of all services that Trinity Community Coalition Outreach, Inc. has to offer.
