Meridian Behavioral Health Services a licensed facility with the State of Tennessee, and pending CARF accreditation for intensive outpatient program for adults experiencing mental illness as well as substance abuse and dependency. Our multi-disciplinary team works collaboratively with the client and involves family members to create an individualized treatment plan and to ensure that the client’s treatment program is exclusive to their specific needs. We understand that medication along with counseling is the key to your success.
