Our fellowship trained and board certified addiction medicine and family medicine doctors lead your physical and medical health care plan. Meanwhile, our experienced therapist and knowledgeable social worker will develop your mental, emotional, and social health plan. These plans can guide you to a durable recovery and stable life.
Our treatment options include medication assisted treatment, intensive outpatient therapy, clinic visits, and/or telemedicine.
We accept insurance including TennCare, Medicaid, and Medicare. Our walk-in hours are M-F 8 am – 10 am. Our clinic is open M-F 8 am – 5 pm.
