Our behavioral health program is provided in a freestanding, community-based care facility at 1455 Poplar Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee. The Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient Program are available six (6) days a week, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm Monday thru Friday, 5:30 pm – 9:30 pm Monday thru Friday, and 9:00 am – 1:00 pm on Saturday. Clients may participate in group sessions 3 to 5 days per week. A wide range of services are organized within an intensive, structured, comprehensive, active treatment program including screening and assessment, diagnostic determination, individual and family counseling, crisis intervention, group counseling, case management, and referral to community resources. Clients are assigned to licensed clinicians who assist in individual planning and care. Clinical programming promotes the utilization of access to community services to support the expected outcomes.
